About the Meeting Planner

Scheduling meetings across time zones is one of the most common challenges for remote and global teams. The TimeGlobe Meeting Planner visualizes working hour overlaps across multiple cities, making it easy to find a time that works for everyone.

The planner uses a simple color-coded system: green for standard working hours (9 AM - 5 PM), yellow for early/late hours (7-9 AM, 5-9 PM), and red for overnight hours. The best meeting times are highlighted where all participants are in their working hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are "working hours" in this tool?

Working hours are defined as 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Early/late hours (yellow) are 7-9 AM and 5-9 PM. Everything else is considered sleeping/off hours (red).

How many participants can I add?

You can add as many participants from different timezones as needed. Note that with many timezones, finding overlapping working hours becomes harder.

What if there are no overlapping working hours?

If no overlap exists, the planner will let you know. In that case, look for yellow-highlighted hours where participants are at least in early/late hours rather than sleeping.
